Make Dad king of the barbecue this year and treat him to a live cooking demonstration with Terrace Restaurant Head Chef, Simon Arkless.
With a cold beer in hand, Dads (and Mums and daughters too if they like) will be taken through the process of breaking down large cuts of beef ready for cooking. Simon will also be sharing his tips and experience of which cuts match best with various cooking and presentation styles. This is a cooking session absolutely not to be missed.
This is a rare insight not only into the nuances of beef cuts and expert preparation techniques but also into the Terrace Restaurant kitchen where the demonstration will take place.
Following the cooking session with Simon, Terrace Restaurant will open for our Father's Day Bordeaux, Beef and Beer lunch from 12pm.
Guests can choose from a two or three course menu with matching wines starting from just $80 per person including wine.
