North East Victoria’s favourite food and wine festival – Tastes of Rutherglen -  is gearing up to celebrate vintage under autumn skies as 19 wineries and even more chefs join together to host the ultimate party for gourmands in regional Victoria!

Rutherglen is a food & wine MECCA over two indulgent weekends as festival-goers visit friendly cellar doors and meet the winemakers and families behind Rutherglen’s world-class wines.  They’ll discover the passion of North East Victoria’s local chefs and producers, and taste their way around this superb food and wine destination.

Nineteen Rutherglen wineries will be celebrating the harvest, so guests can expect days filled with music, food, wine, and fun at this authentic and rustic dual weekend experience. All wineries will team with a chef to offer an entrée sized dish, well matched to a glass of local wine, allowing visitors the chance to indulge in a range of regional taste sensations. Guests can create their own “North East degustation experience” as they graze their way around the picturesque Rutherglen wineries!
