Andrew Buller is a third generation winemaker from the Buller Winemaking Family Est. in 1921 in Rutherglen.
In 2015 Andrew and Wendy Buller purchased Cannobie Country House with a view to establishing a small boutique winery. Cannobie was owned by the Graham Family in the early 1900's and the Grahams were large wine producers in Rutherglen at that time.
The name Cannobie is immortalised in the Sir Walter Scott poem about the Graham Clan titled "Young Lochinvar". Cannobie is a 75 acre property with small vineyard within Rutherglen's winemaking precinct, just two and a half kilometres from the town centre.
Andrew is a highly acclaimed winemaker, achieving two 100/100 scores for his wine from AmericanThe Wine Advocate writer Robert Parker Jnr. Andrew completed several vintages in Portugal, France and New Zealand. Andrew's son Alexander is currently studying Winemaking at University.
A Cellar Door has been established within Cannobie Homestead and Gardens.
Andrew Buller Wines is closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, Good Friday and Anzac Day morning.
