
All Saints Estate Winter Gala Dinner with Celebratory Chef, Elizabeth Chong

The Brown Family invite you for an indulgent weekend of fine food, wine, music and laughter with multi-award winning media personality, author and chef, Elizabeth Chong. With strong family links to the region and the estate, Elizabeth’s Grandfather, Jimmy Ah Kew, arrived in Wahgunyah in 1865 and lived in the township and worked at the Estate for many years. Elizabeth will guide you on an oriental gourmet journey comforted by the food of China at the Gala Dinner on Saturday 8th August in the beautiful barrel room at All Saints.
As a special addition to the weekend, on Sunday 9th August Elizabeth will also be creating some of her famous Chinese dishes at an exclusive cooking class at All Saints Estate*. Places limited, so book early.
