Recovered Rocker set to peak at Buller Rock Fest!
Noiseworks and former INSX lead singer Jon Stevens is fully recovered from major heart surgery and is set to bring the house down as part of another triple treat of Australian rock at Bullers Rutherglen Winery on Easter Saturday 3rd April for their Bi Annual Rock in the Vines.
After undergoing a double bypass and spending over a month in hospital, Stevens has been performing selected acoustic gigs around the country to ease himself back to peak performance. The gig at Bullers however will be a rare five piece full rock band act with Stevens performing Noiseworks classics Take Me Back, Hot Chilli Woman, Freedom, No Lies , INXS anthems Never Tear Us Apart, New Sensation, Need you Tonight and some songs from Jesus Christ Superstar.

The other headline act is the inimitable James Reyne – also with a rare six piece electric rock band performing his own hits such as Slave, Fall or Rome, One more River, Way Out West and Australian Crawl classics Reckless, Boys Light up, Downhearted, and more. The first act on stage will be Deborah Conway acoustic band belting out her hits Under My Skin, Man Overboard, Under My skin, Adultery and Alive and Kicking.
“We are very excited to bring such a fabulous triple bill to Rutherglen, the amount of hits these three acts have are too numerous to count" says Bullers Cellar Door and Events Manager Monica Neideregger. We always try to have Australian artists that have a large general appeal to all ages and a smattering of great Aussie hits – it always makes for a great concert.
The triple bill has been a huge success for Bullers with 1,300 people attending the December concert that featured The Black Sorrows, Diesel and Taxiride
