The Brigadoon Ball is a bi-annual celebration of All Saints Estates' 152 years of Scottish heritage and promises to be a night to remember. Imagine yourself sweeping down the Elm lined driveway in your finest Scottish kilt and black tie to the magical All Saints castle as bag pipes play and mist rolls over the vineyard.
The walls of the Great Hall are primed to ring with exuberant reels and hauntings airs provided by the finest Scottish musicians. A reel, a waltz and much feasting will be punctuated by surprises and no doubt a dram (or two) of the finest Scottish Whisky Head.
Chef Simon Arkless will again be in his element as he creates an inspired and flavour laden menu that brings the essence of Scotland to the table.
Cost: 4 Course menu with wine $150 per person for Wine Club members including bus transfer and $165 for non Wine Club members including bus transfer.
Music: Wangaratta Pipe Band & Paris & Co.
Dress code: Formal Scottish Black Tie.
Other activities*: Private wine tasting in the All Saints Estate Family Cellar** (maximum 10 people per tasting), Guided tours of the estate with one of the Brown family members from 11am Saturday and Sunday.
